Management Team

ESTEC’s leadership team provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and commercial growth across the region. Led by the Managing Director, the team also includes the Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager, who together ensure efficient operations, strong client relationships, and continued market expansion. Their combined focus is on delivering value through reliable service, technical excellence, and long-term partnerships with clients across East Africa.

Our Sales and Marketing team operates across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, ensuring close and consistent engagement with our clients in the region. The team is structured into two key groups: the indoor sales team, which prepares quotations, responds to inquiries, and provides technical-commercial documentation; and the outdoor sales team, which conducts client visits, understands field requirements, and ensures clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions on instrumentation.

Our sales personnel specialize in different applications, enabling them to provide accurate, relevant, and solution-oriented guidance tailored to each client’s industry needs. Our marketing team is responsible for brand development, communication, and maintaining ESTEC’s visibility and presence across the region.

Our technical team is made up of highly trained engineers and technical administrators who ensure the successful installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of all instruments supplied by ESTEC.

Our engineers are factory-trained by our global partners, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date technical knowledge and adhere to international standards in all service operations. This allows us to guarantee reliable performance, extended equipment lifespan, and dependable after-sales support for our clients.

Given that our equipment is sourced from leading manufacturers across the world, our Imports and Logistics team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

The team manages international procurement, import documentation, customs clearance, and timely delivery of equipment. Their work ensures that all instruments and spare parts are delivered efficiently and reach our clients without unnecessary delays, supporting uninterrupted laboratory operations across the region.

Our Finance team ensures smooth and transparent management of all financial operations within ESTEC. This includes processing payments, managing accounts, overseeing financial compliance, and supporting overall business accountability.

Their work ensures financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Our Administration team provides essential support that ensures the smooth running of daily operations. The team includes reception, human resources, project coordination, drivers, and warehousing personnel.
