Through our partnership with Eralytics, we deliver portable, high-precision laboratory analyzers designed to execute essential fuel quality tests quickly and accurately—from vapor pressure and flash point analysis for transport safety and volatility control, to FTIR multi-fuel spectrometry for chemical component profiling (Octane/Cetane) and kinematic viscosity and density testing. These instruments are compact & automated  engineered to meet strict international ASTM, ISO, and EN standards.

Description

Is a portable, fully automated mid-Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometer designed for rapid multi-fuel analysis. It provides detailed chemical component analysis and key physical property predictions for gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and biofuels in under 60 seconds using a single push-button operation.

Key Capabilities & Parameters Tested

  • Gasoline Analysis: Measures concentrations of aromatics (including benzene), oxygenates (ethanol, MTBE, ETBE), olefins, and saturates. Chemometric models calculate calculated parameters including Research Octane Number (RON), Motor Octane Number (MON), Anti-Knock Index (AKI), Vapor Pressure (DVPE/RVP), and distillation fractions.
  • Diesel Analysis: Quantifies biodiesel content (FAME/FAEE), total aromatics, poly-nuclear aromatics (PNA), and cetane improvers (2-EHN). Calculates cetane number, cetane index, flash point, and distillation profiles.
  • Jet Fuel Analysis: Measures total aromatics, PNA, and FAME contamination, while determining freezing point, flash point, smoke point, and viscosity.
  • Biofuels & Ethanol: Detects ethanol/methanol concentrations, water content, and denaturants, and distinguishes between FAME/FAEE and pure vegetable oil.

A portable, fully automated flash point tester engineered for maximum safety and high-speed quality control across petroleum products, chemicals, and liquid waste. Operating with Continuously Closed Cup (CCCFP) technology, it provides precise measurements on micro-sample volumes in under 10 minutes with a single push-button operation. Its rugged, electric-spark ignition design eliminates open flames, making it an essential analyzer for refineries, mobile laboratories, and hazardous waste facilities worldwide.

Key Capabilities & Parameters Tested

  • Flash Point Range: Measures flash points across a wide temperature spectrum, spanning from  up to  ( to ), accommodating both volatile solvents and heavy fuels.
  • Micro-Volume Safety: Requires as little as  of sample per test, significantly reducing hazardous waste generation, thermal risks, and toxic fume exposure during analysis.
  • Continuous Closed Cup Method: Utilizes an unvented test chamber where an electric spark ignites sample vapors, measuring the resulting pressure peak to determine flash point without relying on manual flame observation.
  • Fuel Contamination & Dilution: Rapidly detects gasoline contamination in diesel fuel, ethanol in gasoline, or unburnt fuel dilution in used lube oils for engine health monitoring.

A portable, fully automated vapor pressure tester engineered for high-precision volatility testing of crude oil, commercial fuels, and LPG. Operating with an integrated piston-driven measuring cell, it delivers rapid, certified vapor pressure measurements in under 5 minutes with a single push-button operation. Its heavy-duty construction and broad temperature control make it the industry benchmark for refinery blending, pipeline transport compliance, and fuel quality inspection worldwide.

Key Capabilities & Parameters Tested

  • Vapor Pressure Measurement: Determines Dry Vapor Pressure Equivalent (DVPE), Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP), True Vapor Pressure (TVP), and Absolute Vapor Pressure (AVP) across a wide pressure range up to .
  • Vapor-Liquid Ratio (): Measures temperature profile curves for  ratio determination directly in the cell without external pressurized gas sources or water baths.
  • Live Crude Oil & LPG Testing: Features optional high-pressure inlet systems and pressurized piston cylinders (MPC) to sample and test volatile crude oils and liquefied petroleum gases safely without light-end loss.
  • Curve Profiling: Performs multi-temperature and multi- scans to construct full volatility profiles and gas-oil ratio (GOR) curves for upstream oil production and refining optimization.

A ultra-compact, high-precision digital density meter engineered for fast and reliable density determinations of liquids across laboratory and field environments. Utilizing a patented, vertically aligned oscillating U-tube cell made of ruby glass, it delivers accurate density measurements in under 1 minute with a single push-button operation. Its light weight, vibration-resistant design, and seamless integration capabilities make it an ideal standalone or modular analyzer for petroleum, chemical, and beverage quality control worldwide.

Key Capabilities & Parameters Tested

  • High-Precision Density Determination: Measures density, relative density (specific gravity), and API gravity across a wide temperature range with accuracy up to .
  • Patented Vertical U-Tube Design: Features a vertically positioned oscillating U-tube cell that prevents air bubbles from sticking inside the measuring volume, eliminating a primary source of operator error.
  • Built-in Concentration Tables: Automatically converts raw density data into real-time concentration readouts for alcohol tables (volume/mass %), Brix, API gravity tables, and chemical percentages.
